Katrien Kolenberg

Professor of astrophysics in Leuven and Antwerp, she also composes music made by stars. She is head of an NGO for girls and young women in Senegal teaching astrophysics, so she will lead workshops on this and cultural cosmology.



Intergalactic Sound Harvester

Paul Chivers

Professor of Electronic and Produced Music at Guildhall, London, he will create music for the time machine working with Katrien Kolenberg's star sounds. He will perform a live set of electronica inspired by Afrofuturism's pioneer Sun Rah.

Expert on Igbo Cosmology in Nigeria. Panel member for the conference in Lagos on West African Cosmology.



Live Electronic Music

Ihu Anyanwu

Ihu Anyanwu (alias G.rizo) is a Nigerian-American electronic musician, DJ, multidisciplinary artist and cultural organiser. In this project, she represents how electronic music has it's roots in African culture with her live performance combining digital with acoustic sounds.
